These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to this website and your purchase of The Ultimate Guide to Writing Effective Upwork Proposals (the "Product") from Naz Diocampo ("I", "me", "my"). By visiting this site or buying the Product, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Product

The Product is a digital ebook and any associated bonus materials. It is delivered electronically through Gumroad immediately after purchase. No physical goods are shipped.

2. License and Permitted Use

When you purchase the Product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read and use the materials for your own freelancing business. You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the files with others.

3. Payments

All purchases are processed by Gumroad. Prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes (such as VAT) may be added at checkout based on your location.

4. Refund Policy

I offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund. If the Product isn't a fit, email me within 30 days of purchase and I'll issue a full refund. Refunds are processed through Gumroad and typically appear on your statement within a few business days.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site and within the Product — text, images, graphics, templates, and design — is owned by Naz Diocampo and protected by copyright. All rights not expressly granted in Section 2 are reserved.

6. Results Disclaimer

The Product shares strategies and templates that have worked for me and other freelancers. I do not guarantee any specific outcome — results depend on your skills, niche, effort, market conditions, and many factors outside of anyone's control. Nothing in the Product should be interpreted as a promise of income.

7. No Affiliation with Upwork

This Product is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Upwork Inc. "Upwork" is a trademark of Upwork Inc.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, my total liability arising out of or relating to the Product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the Product. I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
